Hello, I do not think it can change much but I take the time to write you anyway. I went to dine with my family of 5 at your Marie-De-L'Innarnation branch this afternoon. Seriously it was the worst poutines we ate in our lives. I had a poutine with chopped steak / onions. The onions were almost raw and the meat dry or burned. It looked like old meat already cooked and reheated. My wife had a mushroom poutine and they were downright raw. My oldest had a poutine sausage and it did not look better. The only ones who seemed satisfied were my 2 younger ones who shared a popcorn poutine. The cardboard dishes are not waterproof and there was plenty of sauce on the table. The chips are not cooked enough and the cheese is not fresh and cold. $ 60 for 4 poutines really more than ordinary. For a place called the Poutinerie, I would be embarrassed. I write to you because if no one tells you there is no hint that you do better.Thank you for taking the time to read me and I wish you to improve.

Excellent Putin! Well cooked fries and hot, choice of poutines very varied. Served hot. Several sauces possible. Today Jack Daniels delicious sauce. Slightly sweet and smoked with a hint of Jack! Enjoy your meal!

An excellent poutine, but delivery times are ridiculously long (2 hours for a family portion of French fries). Eat on the spot if you are not destabilized by the screaming renovation needs.

I just love it! But just ask not to have the fries overcooked. Otherwise, the products seem very fresh

Hot dog dry. Chicken not fresh in club sandwich. Very ordinary customer experience. Messy restaurant. Much too expensive for what we got ... very disappointing.

Club soda borq poster but replaced it with the selection. The fries were ok, the spicy ones were supposedly mc cain spicy cotti cotti ... The chicken popcorn seemed cheap from groceries. Other than the customary advertising taping for the phone number that is useless if you are in the restaurant, the equipment and furniture seems dated from the 90s. So semi renovation. My boyfriend liked his poutine, I'm a little difficult in my restaurant reviews.

Super service

Fries Much overcooked (they were burned), poutine garochée in my tray, there was everywhere next. 3 out of 5 employees did not have a hairnet. We did not have a hello when we arrived. Really disappointed.

When I ordered, I was told that the delay would be 45 minutes. After 1h30 of waiting I called. I am told that my order is on the way. After 2 hours of waiting I called back to cancel my order, I was told to make arrangements with the delivery man and I was hung up on the nose .... the order never arrived. Worst service ever! Do not order from them !!

I often ordered from the poutinerie and eat on the spot and I have never been disappointed. Always excellent service and good food at a good price. (the portions are rather big) I only once had an error on my order and it was that they brought me a big instead of an average and in the end I had more for less so I do not have to complain;)

Tonight I ordered two poutines. Both arrived after 1:20, without sauce. Two poutines no sauce. I phoned and for a refund we had to come get the fries and cheese or otherwise it was proposed to send me the sauce. The person on the phone was nice, but told me it was understaffed and that maybe the employee looking after the sauce was not going back. Amazing as a way to explain a situation, especially since the sauce, in a standard poutine, is still one of three basic "ingredients". In short, the poutinerie, I recommend more or less delivery. It's up to you to see if you feel like trying it hahaha
